Vancouver Opera Association Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Vancouver Opera
Association (VOA) will take place on Monday, September 20, 2010.

The VOA AGM will take place at 6:00 pm in the Arbutus Room, 3rd floor of the Four
Seasons Hotel, 791 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.

At the VOA AGM, VOA Members will also be asked to elect directors and approve the appointment of auditors for the upcoming year and such other business that may properly come before the meeting.

VOA Members entitled to vote at the VOA AGM include:

  1. persons who have become season subscribers to the upcoming VOA season on or before 30 days before the AGM;
  2. persons that were either season subscribers or donated $100 or more during the VOA fiscal year ended June 30, 2010; and
  3. officers of the Vancouver Opera Guild

VOA Members do not include persons who receive or, since the beginning of the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, have received remuneration from VOA as employees, service providers or otherwise.

VOA Members are invited to attend a 5:30 pm reception in the Arbutus Room, 3rd floor, Four Seasons Hotel, Vancouver.
