2010-2011 Ticket Exchange Policy

• All single ticket purchases are eligible for an exchange to a different performance date of the same production.
• Single ticket exchanges may be done in person, by telephone, or by mail.
• Single ticket exchanges must be requested no later than 7 days before the original performance date. Performances within 7 days are not eligible for exchange.
• Single ticket exchanges are subject to a $10 fee per ticket exchanged.
• Single tickets that are upgraded to a higher price are subject to a $10 fee per ticket plus any additional upgrade charges.
• Single tickets that are downgraded to a lower price are subject to a $10 fee per ticket, with no money refunded for the downgrade.
• Single tickets purchased by subscribers and ORT members are not subject to the $10 fee and will be exchanged free of charge as part of their subscriber benefits.
• Single tickets purchased by subscribers and ORT members may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the original performance date. There will be no same-day exchanges on any tickets.
