Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policy

• All subscriber tickets are eligible for a free exchange to a different performance date of the same production. This includes additional single tickets purchased by subscribers.
• Subscriber exchanges may be done in person, by telephone, or by mail.
• Subscriber exchanges must be requested no later than 24 hours before the original performance date. There will be no same-day exchanges.
• Subscriber tickets that are upgraded to a higher price will be charged the difference in price.
• Subscriber tickets that are downgraded to a lower price will not receive any refund for the downgrade.
