2023-2024 Season Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchanges
Vancouver Opera Subscribers:
Vancouver Opera is pleased to offer 2023-2024 subscription ticket buyers free exchanges to another date of the same production, or to another production in the same season. Exchange requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance time by calling 604 683 0222 or emailing tickets@vancouveropera.ca. All exchanges are dependent on availability, and we will do our best to reseat you in comparable seats for an alternate performance.
Vancouver Opera Single Ticket Buyers:
Vancouver Opera is pleased to offer 2023-2024 ticket buyers the opportunity to exchange their tickets to another date of the same production, or to another production in the same season. Exchanges will be subject to a fee of $10 per order, plus any applicable increase in ticket pricing at the time of the exchange. Exchange requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance by calling 604 683 0222 to request and pay for your exchange. All exchanges are dependent on availability.
Charitable Donation of Tickets
Vancouver Opera Subscribers:
Vancouver Opera is pleased to offer 2023-2024 subscription ticket buyers the option to donate performance tickets for a tax receipt, in the event you are unable to attend a performance. Donating the value of your tickets helps support Vancouver Opera and its artists. Please call 604 683 0222 or email tickets@vancouveropera.ca with 24 hours notice, and our ticket centre associate will be happy to turn the value of your tickets into a charitable donation and send you a tax receipt.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our flexible ticket exchange policy or call 604 683 0222 if you require further information.
