Will Programs Be Available?

All ticket buyers and subscribers will be emailed a House Programme ahead of the performance that will be accessible also on our website by phone or desktop computers. We will offer printed house programs in limited quantities at the theatre.

Yes, we welcome opera fans of all ages. All attendees, including children, must be ticketed for the performance. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. In all cases, please use discretion when deciding to bring a child as a performance and for everyone’s enjoyment, disruptive patrons will be asked by an usher to leave the theatre. Please call our ticket centre for more information about our child pricing.

Yes, we will have pre-show talks in the mezzanine level of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre an hour and 15 min before the performance. 

Are The Operas Translated?

Yes, English Surtitles—translated lyrics—are projected above a stage so patrons can understand what is being sung.

Do You Have Wheelchair Seating?

Yes, wheelchair and companion seating can be arranged through the VO ticket centre by calling 604 683 0222.
